VISTA, CA

The City of Vista is home to the Rancho Adobe, the AVO Playhouse, The Antique Gas and Steam Museum and the Wave waterpark, just to name a few. Moonlight Amphitheater is one of the most popular summer to-do’s. Sit outside, under the stars, and enjoy a live play while eating a picnic dinner on the lawn or reserved seats. With new breweries popping up almost monthly, you can stroll the Farmers Market and grab a nice cold beer after grabbing some juicy strawberries.

Known for its new and up-and-coming downtown vibe. Vista is a laid-back city tucked between Oceanside and San Marcos. Vista is located just 7 miles inland from the coast. Coastal breezes and foggy overcasts (especially in May and June) keep the late spring/early summer high temperatures below 80 °F on most days. The cool, overcast conditions are often called “May gray” and “June gloom” by locals. Residents enjoy a wide range of year-round outdoor activities in a setting of gently rolling hills and pleasant rural surroundings.
